How this works.

  • Diagnostic evaluation $180

    Therapy session (55 minutes) $150

Fees are due at the time of service.

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, MVP, and Green Mountain Care. If you have out-of-network benefits with a different insurance, I can generate a superbill for reimbursement.

A sliding scale is offered to those who may benefit. Please inquire to discuss.

Good Faith Estimate Through the No Surprises Act (2022) psychologists and other health care providers are required by law to give patients a “good faith estimate of costs” for services that they offer and inform patients of an expected charge for a service before the service is provided.

  • After a phone or email consultation, you will receive a link to complete intake paperwork including demographic information, practice policies, and most importantly, intake questionnaires. I will review everything, and we will meet for an intake interview to further flesh out background information, reason for seeking therapy, and diagnostic information. After the first couple of sessions, we will both have a good sense of the therapy goals and plan. I typically recommend weekly sessions to start, and more flexibility and reduced frequency once you begin to gain insight, master skills, and meet therapy goals.

  • Parent consultation services begin with a thorough psychosocial history, discussion of current challenges, and information-gathering about family dynamics. I will help identify underlying issues that may be contributing to your current concerns, including developmental concerns, mental health conditions, and family factors. We will collaborate to develop strategies and techniques that work for you, including fostering a positive parent-child relationship, improving communication, and managing behaviors. Often, the work involves enhancing one's own emotional regulation. Ongoing support is provided through follow-up sessions to monitor progress, address new concerns, and adjust our approach.

  • I provide in-person services at my office in Burlington. Telehealth sessions are offered as needed, with a preference for in-person work.

  • My cancellation policy is 24 hours, though I ask that you provide as much notice as possible when you need to miss an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to charge at the full session fee.
